Mariapaola is a journalist and a corporate communications consultant, trained in Milan and New York City. After initial experiences in fashion photography, she focuses on writing and works, among others, with some of the most prestigious Italian publishing houses: Edinterni (Home, Tex Home, Hi-Décor), Condé Nast (contributing to the launch of CN Traveller), Giorgio Mondadori, Meridiani.

In 2000 she became partner and Managing Director of The Web Lab S.p.A., a company devoted to the production of editorial content. Following the acquisition of the Web Lab by Connexia (today owned by Visiant), she manged the company’s press agency department, with focus on the fashion, hi-tech and travel sectors.

As of 2004, Mariapaola is a consultant in the organization of international events for the luxury sector. This environment allowed her to come into contact with the private service at its highest level and she soon became aware of the absence of a competent and trusted entity able to assist in the matters linked to the identification of professional domestic staff; she then starts her own consultancy practice by complying to the established standards of the Anglo-Saxon agencies, thus earning the reputation as a committed and reliable partner for those wishing to outsource the housekeeping management.

Marina is an interpreter and professional translator in French and English. She spent several years globe-trotting as a translator for several politicians and celebrities, and visited the most beautiful hotels worldwide, thus learning to appreciate and evaluate their quality of service. In 1998, she established her permanent residence in Milan. After a few years dedicated to her family, she now focuses on the selection of personnel for luxury hotels and spa, and wellness centres.

Sonia holds a degree in Literature and Philosophy, obtained in 2007. In 2008 she started supporting Mariapaola in consulting to families. She patiently and efficiently manages the back office and she is in charge of handling initial contacts with clients.
